Easy to understand although there were some typos here and there. Also some questions were sourced from Grainger. Not sure how i was supposed to know any of that with the books that were included with the course. 8/10 all around though. Great customer support.

I will first say that I did learn a great deal by taking this course. It was a good knowledge review, and the Glencoe book was a solid self-paced teaching aid. However, the IRC specs were 50% of the practice test, and that should be incorporated into each learning/study section, along with subject matter from the Glencoe book. The IRC is the bible reference when checking structure and system code requirements, and will surely assist in getting the job done correctly, but an overload to know for exam purposes if not part of the curriculum.

Some of the information on the quiz did not match the information in the IRC book

Really good course. Wish there was a bit more mention of the IRC code book prior to taking the test. Otherwise well done.

There is no way to check the reviews for the book that is provided with the course. This makes it frustrating for someone who is really interested in their craft.
